Greece is one of the seven EU countries where the first AI factories will be set up with Community and national funding. Following European approval, the start of work on the "Pharos" is expected in March 2025, with a duration of 36 months and a budget of €30 million. The European Union, through the EuroHPC JU, will fund 50%.
