Kos Biotechnology Partners has raised $123 million (EUR 106 million) for its inaugural global life sciences fund, becoming the first life sciences-focused investment fund in Greece and the largest venture capital fund launch in the country’s history. Backed by institutional investors including the Hellenic Development Bank of Investments (HDBI), the fund will invest across biotech, pharma services, and technology-enabled life sciences companies from formation through Series C.
Skybound Venture Capital officially launches with $38 million raised from leading Greek institutional and private investors. The fund remains open to a limited number of new investors ahead of its final close.
