Funding sources for Greek startups are increasing, with new investment funds being added and strengthening the domestic ecosystem. In particular, these are the Loggerhead Venture Fund, amounting to €10 million, the Environmental Technologies Fund 4 LP (ETF4), where EATE's capital amounts to approximately €10 million, Apeiron Ventures, amounting to approximately €25 million, and the IGrow Venture Capital Fund, amounting to approximately €50 million.

Greece can become a pioneer in artificial intelligence if the country moves quickly and develops high-level research programmes and infrastructure, in cooperation with academic institutions abroad, and the excellence of Greek scientists around the world. This was pointed out at Hellenic Federation of Enterprises event on "People and Business in the Age of Artificial Intelligence".

AI solutions offer significant benefits. Companies that have adopted AI-powered solutions report practical benefits that include: 17% higher profit margins, 13% higher profitability, 12% fuel savings, 10% faster time to market, increased market share, improved customer experience and enhanced employee productivity. This and other findings are pointed out by a significant study delivered by Hellenic Federation of Enterprises. The study includes case studies from giants TITAN and Metlen.
