The Greek Ministry of Defence, announced that a bill is expected to be submitted for consultation next week, which will launch a company / innovation center to allow the armed forces to purchase indigenous defense technology in the fields of artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity and software production, without unnecessarily burdening the budget with imports.

The Ministry expects that this initiative will play a key role to actively connect with the Greek startup ecosystem.
